[Surname] Origin/meaning of surname "Miñaca"
My family lived in Ecuador, but the generation before my grandpa apparently came from Spain. My aunts have told me that there's a village of people with the surname "Miñaca" near the France border, but nobody knows for sure.
Also, my dad has a peach allergy, which is apparently common in Mediterranean countries.
One of my aunts have dark skin, the rest of us have fair skin and brown (almost hazel) eyes.
That's about all I know, opinions?

We've been having a hard time finding the origins of our name as well. My father mentioned that there is a mountain range in central or south america of our last name.
