Help[Opinions] Mariposa
A comment in the Lounge reminded me of this...
My grandmother is called Grandma Butterfly.
She adores butterflies. She has several butterfly tattoos, butterfly-themed trinkets and furniture all over her house, and wears butterfly jewelry or clothes with butterflies on them daily.
Years ago we were thinking of using Mariposa as a name or middle name for a girl. It is technically the Spanish word for "butterfly".
So what do you all think?
Would Mariposa make a decent name for a girl?
Do you think it would have served well to honor Gram (real name Lila)?
