So I've just really noticed that at the bottom of the Name Themes page (http://www.behindthename.com/info/themes), there are a few new categories, and two of them are "New Fangled American Names" and "Vintage American Names." I was wondering, if you had to pick a name from the New Fangled list as a first name and a name from the Vintage list as a middle name, what would your combos be? What about vice versa? (Vintage first, New Fangled middle)
