It's the name of a town near me with a large and prominent Indian population, so it's hard for me to think of Norway. :) I used to think it was ICE-lin, but it's really more like IS-lin. As long as the S is prominent, I don't think it's prone to Izzy nicknames.
Overall, I don't really like it. I find it kind of awkward, sorry. I'd much prefer Isa.
