I heard this name recently and I couldnt find it anywhere. I believe its pronounced Are-tee-awn-uh. Does anyone know if its a legit name. I think its a girl name by the way.

Could be a variant of Arturo or Arturio, Italian version of Arthur. Could also come from the Latin root *artos, meaning rock or stone.
