Cassia - generally nice. Not too exciting to me, but nothing to dislike either.
Cassio - feels very Shakespearean; would feel very odd on someone just wandering around today. Prefer as a middle name.
Cassius - feels painfully Roman/just plain old; would feel just as odd on someone today.
Cassandra - love this one. I always think of a song I know that says, "No one hears
Cassandra cry" (in reference to
Cassandra the seer, and how no one would ever believe anything she told them). It's a sad song, but beautiful and evocative. Still, I wouldn't use it as a first name myself; I prefer it as a middle name.
Cassidy - generally nice. I've seen it on both boys and girls and it seems to work fine either way. Neither exciting nor off-putting.
