Whenever I hear the name Gwendolen, I think of mandolin. I don't hate it, but I'm not really wowed by it. Gwen is also so strange looking to me, but it's not bad. Mara is okay, again, nothing special but I'd probably appreciate if I meant someone with that name.
I loooove Ruby. It's short and sweet, and so bold while still being classy. Ruby is one of my favorite names. I read a book where a characters name was Ruby and she was called Roo, which I think is pretty cute. Ruby Winifred is my favorite Ruby combo.
Obviously, Ruby is my favorite! Then Mara and then Gwendolen.
