Boston for a boy is not that bad, though is not something I would consider. It's not a bad middle name
Some place names that aren't too bad
Adelaide is a favourite but it is named after a person which makes it a little easier.
Vienna is a name I would never use but I rather like it.
Roma or Romana is a nice name I think.
I think place names can be all right if there is a connection or a lot of place names are named after a person so that is ok.
