Nope. It's a letter, even if it is heavily anglicized and the pronunciation is mangled. To me that's like naming your kid "A" (Ay) or "F" (Eff). And beyond that, it's just not an appealing sound. Plus, river deltas.

I'm Greek, so delta's not just a theoretical letter that sometimes pops up in math and science like it is for some people. And I would never name a kid Bea. I don't know, I just don't like it as a name. It's really nms and feels wrong to me, and that's all I can say.
