Just to restate:
If you have more than nine children
You can double up making your families in whichever rounds you choose! I have some rounds planned to include multiple family-size options, so there will be plenty of opportunity to build your family.

If you have less than nine children
You can do multiple generations? Or add more children to your families. Whatever you want, really. And if you want to stop after all your children have your families, then that is okay too. Flexible and whatever you decide!

This round we will build your second child's family. This can either be the second twin of your first birth, or your second birth. You can pick a family from any of the set-ups that follow. Also, I simply labeled the name lists as male only/female only to make it easier to see what the lists offer, not to say you can use for only one gender.
