Neither... I'd pronounce it key-ARH-rah. It's one of the only C names that I prefer with a K, I think Kiara solidifies the pronunciation that I want and I think it looks nicer too.
I went to school with a girl called Kiera or Keira (I can't remember) and she pronounced it KEER-ah but some of the teachers sometimes said it key-ARH-rah.
I also know a girl of about 10/11 who is called Ceara and she pronounces it KEER-ah.

I'm from England, and in my opinion if you want a name to be pronounced KEER-ah, I would expect the Kiera or Keira spelling, while if key-ARH-ah is what you're looking for I'd be looking for Kiara.

I like it. I say it as keer-uh (like Kira).. I'm from Australia.

I pronounce it like Sierra. Kyra, by cousin's name, is pronounced the other way, so that's the only name I think of that can be pronounced that way.

I don't mind it, and I dislike seeing it on someone else's child, but it's not really a favourite. I'd pronounce it as KEER-a, and I live in the UK. I don't mind the other pronunciation, but it seems very, well, American to me.

I really like this name pronounced like Sierra, especially as I much prefer the spelling Ciara. However, I avoid putting it too high on my lists as I really don't like it pronounced like KEER-a and I worry that it would be. Honestly, here in Australia, most people would probably pronounce it like Sierra as Keira/Kira and Kirrily are quite common and Ciara is distinctly different. But I still know that there are two ways of pronouncing it!
