Hi,
I came across your explanation of the name Livnat and I saw there is a confusion in the interpretation. You write that Livnat in Hebrew means white, but it is not true. Lavan is right. Livnat originates from the story of mount sinay, when god gave the bible to the hebrew people ----
"And saw the God of Israel, and under His feet as a sapphire stone and sky purge." Levena in Hebrew is stone and Livnat of Sapphire means a Sapphire stone.
The meaning of sapphire stone in this context is good, Clean, Pure, beautiful and free of dross
