It's ultra trendy, for one. I remember a doll, I believe, that was named Reagan like a Bratz doll where they're pre-named kinda thing) I prefer that spelling, as opposed to Regan.
It's not a bad name. If I met someone with that name I wouldn't scoff, but I wouldn't use it, personally.
