I LOVE Hosanna too, but can't get dh on board. He said once that he'd like it if it was spelled with a "J" instead. My instinct on the prn of Josanna, though, is the same as yours, but I thought I'd get other opinions, too.
I like the Annica spelling because it would incorporate the "ica" in my name.
Dh does not like Johanna :(

As far a Joscelind, the d on the end would be a nod to Leland (sort of a Jessica + Leland thing)
