Caleb might come from Kol +
Lev = wholehearted, your Hebrew is way off. Kol meaning all is never with the letter quf, but must be with a kaf (very different letter!); and
Lev is never with a Vav but with a
Bet (or, unaccented, Vet)--very different letter. In Hebrew, letters denote an origin and never cross, so heart could never ever be spelled with a quf, for example, in any previous time either. Thanks.
