I like Meg. It's the only nickname for Margaret that I do like. But while I like Meg a lot, I'm lukewarm on Margaret. That's the reason I'd never have a Margaret nn Meg. I hate nicknames used as full name but I also wouldn't use a full name I didn't love to get to a nickname that I love or like. So the question is, how do you feel about Margaret? If you don't love it, I'd give up on the idea.
