Aurian is mainly a girl's name that is a variant of Auria or Aura (Latin). The the meaning of Auria is "wind". The baby name Auria sounds like Arria, Aria and Aurea. Other similar baby names are Adria, Audria and Aurita.
Aurian is not a popular first name for women or as a surname or middle name.
