I like it. It's much better than Diana in my opinion because the "th" softens it. Diana has always sounded a bit too hard to me.

I like Diantha Cleo/Clio, Diantha Eleanor/Elinor, Diantha Harriet, Diantha Joan, Diantha Miriam, Diantha Rosalind, Diantha Rosemary, and Diantha Vivien best from this list.

I like Diantha Verity best. I don't think it'll be mistaken for Diana, they sound quite different.

Well, I'm going to have to say I don't care for it at all:) it does remind me too much of Diana, which I definitely, severely dislike.
I do like the middle names Lilian, Lilias, Lucy, and Vivien. They are very cute:)
