I know a lot think its trendy, its actual not common in my area also I like the nn Aid-ee
Im starting to like it as a name for a child , I couldnt use it if my cousins marries his girlfriend with that name.

I like Adriana too but it's trendy here so I'd never use it. I like Adriana Claire the best. Other suggestions:

It's very pretty, but I much prefer Adriana (ah-dree-AH-nah).
I love Adrianna Claire and Adrianna Rose, but I loathe Faye, sorry.

I really like it's it's so pretty and elegant! I pefer the spelling Adriana (I pronounce it ay-dree-OHN-uh) because I say Adrianna like ay-dree-AN-uh.
Adrianna Claire is so pretty! Adrianna Rose is also pretty but a bit plain. I'd use it even if my cousin married an Adrianna, because it's really pretty! Or if you didn't want to be teased that you named your daughter after her why not something close like Arianna / Ariana, or Adrienne? :)

It's not super trendy, imo. I think it's pretty, though nmsaa.
