Yay, am also Welsh & love to see people using Welsh names. Celyn has been more popular for girls for a while now - there were 34 girls given the name in the UK in 2012 and only 8 boys. I like it with all of the Welsh names on your list, and Celyn Eve & Celyn Lyra sound good to me too. If I had to pick just one it would be really difficult! - but I'd probably go with Celyn Gwawr.
