Cybi (pr. Cubby) was a Dark Ages saint. It's not a very common name, but it's a local name in the top left-hand corner of North Wales, where various things are named after him: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cybi
This is Enlli:
- Ynys Enlli, an island off the coast of NW Wales, called Bardsey Island in English. It used to be a place of pilgrimage and there are supposed to be 20,000 saints buried on it (although I don't see how they'd fit, as it's not very big!). There also used to be a small community on it, although there's only one farm now. The Welsh name means 'in the currents'.
