What do you think of the names? Not as a sibset, just seperately.Amabel / Amabella possible nn Amy
Lavinia nn Livvy

Love them both! I prefer Amabel, I feel it's simpler, and prettier (I also prefer Isabel to Isabella).

I used to have a thing for Amabel. I still like it, but I probably wouldn't use it. Too many issues with people thinking it's Annabel, and of course there's the "I'm a bell" thing. I think Amabella is overkill. But I love Amy. Simple and friendly.I like Lavinia. It's very uncommon but easily spelled and pronounced. It feels somewhat Victorian, which I like. I think Livvy is a cute nickname for it.

Amabel is not my thing. I prefer Annabel. Amy is cute, but I think it can stand on its own.Lavinia is nice, and I like Livvy.

I prefer Mabel or Annabel to Amabel, and I dislike the blandly sweet Amy.
Lavinia is very elegant; if it had to be shortened, I'd prefer Vinny.

I don't like them, but they're not terrible.

Nice sibset, eventhough thats not what you were going for! Seperately not so much.Amabel is pretty but I dont like that it is so close to the more common Anabel. Also I dont like that if you break down each syllable it is a bunch of words. Am a bell. Too much room for teasing.Lavinia again is pretty. I never heard it before but yet it doesnt sound to out there. It may be too mature for a little girl or baby, but I guess thats where Livvy comes in. The only other drawback I see is that it sounds like a third world country. Nice name but maybe but maybe too exotic for everyday use.

I adore Lavinia and really like Amabel, which I would probably use as a middle name to honor my mother, Amy, if I ever had a daughter.
