I haven't done a top ten in ages, I wouldn't have any idea of which month/year to look at for comparison!
But for now I would say:

10. Alberta
Close runner up: Christophine
1. Karl
2. Boris

4. Robert

Homer almost made the list. Homer Philip / Philip Homer is one of my favorite combos at the moment.
ETA: This made me look at my personal name lists again. I really like some of those names and I completely forgot about them! Tsk. I ought to play more name games with them, it's a shame to never look at them.
