I live in the U.S., but my parents are from the U.K / Ireland. So I grew up immersed in BBC Anglophilia. This is how I've always heard the following names. But I don't pretend to be an expert. Take with grain of salt:
Bedivere is "BED-ih-veer"
Caradoc / Caradog is "cahr-A-duk" or "cuh-RA-duk"
Caractacus (with a Latin "-us" ending) is "cah-RAK-tih-kus" or "cuh-RAK-tih-kus"
Ceridwen is "kehr-ID-wen"
Peredur is "PEHR-ih-dur"
