It has been ages (read: years) since I hosted a congrats game. Now that life has settled to a more manageable pace, I thought I'd host a congrats game (plus, I was bored on a Saturday evening). It will run 10 rounds--six for "first generation" and four for "second generation". Please fill out the basics below to start.
