Help[Games] Kelsey's Congrats Sign-Ups
Hey guys, I'm gonna try to do another Congrats, because it was really fun, and I hate that I lost the document it was all saved on. So I'm gonna try it again. I'm going to try to make this one a little more detailed, so hopefully it's fun.
Same sex couples, single couples, and heterosexual couples are all welcomed. If you have a same-sex or single couple, please specify if you'd like to adopt, use donor eggs/sperm/surrogates, or a mix of biological children and adopted children (in the case of a single mother, etc.)

Surname: English, Spanish, Irish, or Italian surname beginning with the 3rd letter of your first name

SO1 middle name: Must begin with E.
