For me, Morrigan is a bit dark in feel so I wouldn't choose it as a first name, but as a middle name I think it's alright. To go with Alexander, how about...

ETA: Veda Morrigan? I know some people hear Veda as Vadar and automatically picture Darth, but I never have. I think sweetness and "My Girl", and I like its meaning. I think Alexander and Veda would be cute together. :)
