The author of the site suggests that the best thing to do if one wants to find real Native American or Amerindian names is to consult a work by a linguist or anthropologist on a individual tribe or nation. For the Choctaw language in particular, you could try to get some books on the language and/or culture of the Choctaws through Interlibrary loan and see if they have any information about names.
