I'm not entirely fond of this spelling, but I love Freda! It's gorgeous, it sounds ladylike, funky and fresh to me. I only have good associations with the name worked with a Frida (she was in her 20's) on a play last summer, she was very sweet, and of course there is the great Frida Kahlo.
From your combinations I like:
Freda Caroline
Freda Catherine
Freda Clementine
Freda Emmanuelle
Freda Johanna
Freda Juliet
Freda Magdalene
Freda Primrose
Freda Victoria

My favorites:
Freda Alienor - this MN brings a nice refinement
Freda Amabel
Freda Audrey - so strong, no-nonsense, but approachable
Freda Blythe - a nice balance of strong and soft
Freda Bryony
Freda Caroline - I particularly like the sound of this combo if it s pronounced Care-o-line
Freda Clementine - The perfect modern baby
Freda Coralie
Freda Eleanor - same as Alienor above
Freda Eloise
Freda Lenore - Sounds charmingly like the lead female character of some old western novel
Freda Marguerite
Freda Mariel
Freda Marisol - Freda (whatever spelling) for me is inseparable from Frida Kahlo. So this combo brings to mind canvases of amazing butterflies in riotous explosions of color.
Freda Rosalie
Freda Rosanna
Freda Theodosia
Freda Valencia - Here Freda gets to bring out its more delicate side
Freda Verity

Did you know Freda (this spelling) is a family name for me? Did you know that I just named a cat Freda, after a great-aunt? Did you know that I have been wandering in the Freda wilderness for years waiting for another soul to cross my path?
Bless you. Freda sounds like "freedom" to my ears.
And three cheers for:
Freda Antoinette (Aunt Freda and her dd (cousin) Adelaide Antoinette thank you kindly)
Freda Berengere (Oh, la la! Sturdy and chic!)(may I suggest Freda Janviere?)
Freda Bernadette (instant classic)
Freda Bryony
Freda Catherine (I call the six pound bully "Freda Cat" so much that I decided her mn must be Catherine)
Freda Cecily
Freda Charlotte
Freda Clementine -- oh my darling
Freda Constance -- you're so organized and alphabetized and all
Freda Coralie
Freda Eleanor / Leonore / Alienor
Freda Eloise / Heloise -- helpful hints
Freda Emmeline
Freda Eugenie
