Z and S sounds in one combination are not what I would call the most euphonious. But using family names trumps flow so Zoe Cecelia gets thumbs up from me.
Kieran Charles is very handsome together. I wouldn't have thought so, but the more I look at it and say it out loud the more I like it. Nicely done!
Zoe and Kieran are an adorable sibling set. :-)
ETA: Sorry, I forgot the second half of your post. I would add:
Georgia Lucy and Phineas Milo (nns Georgie and Finn?)
Gemma Lucy and Finn Ignatius
Lila Genevieve and Jasper Malachi (or Isla Genevieve)
