[Opinions] Jaye
wdyt of Jaye for a girl?
Btw, I went to high school with a girl named Jae (spelled like this). It does work for a girl, and suited her really well. I've never actually known a guy named Jay, so to me it suits a girl better.

I don't like Jaye for a boy OR a girl, maybe as a nn for Jade or Jaime or something but not as an actual name. ;)

I've only met males named Jay, so I find it quite masculine. I honestly dislike naming girls guy names, and this just falls under that category.

I still prefer Jay on a boy. Jaye is okay, but I'd rather go with Jane.
I love Jay for a boy and Jae for a girl. Jaye looks like neither one nor the other, and so I don't like it so well. It's too ambiguous.
I've known both a Jay and a Jae (whose full name was Justine, if you're curious). They're infamous in the minds of many of my classmates, because they were caught making the beast with two backs in the wrestling room! (Which is a gross prospect all its own. Ringworm, anyone?)

And the young people ask, "What are they marching for?"
And I ask myself the same question
