My cousin is named this. I think Bobbie/Bobbi and Robbie seem like feminine enough nicknames. I am pretty sure my cousin has been mostly "Berta," but Birdy is also pretty.
My cousin has a common last name and is involved in performing arts, so I think she is happy her first name stands out a bit.
