[Opinions] Antigone?
It's been stuck in my head all weekend. What do you think of it?
I personally think the sound is okay. But the spelling, "Antigone" looks like Anti-Gone. IDK...

It looks like the brand name of some cleaning product. However I do like the sound of it, it's fun to say. Ultimately, it sounds better than it looks.
Antigone but pro-arrival, eh? It does sound good, but starting a name with Anti- anything is probably not a good idea. I knew a little Antoinette once who was called Anti, and she had a positive personality but it still brought me up short every time.
I like Antigone, but love Antigona (wish it was usable where I live).
I'm not crazy about the "tig" sound, but I still find it intriguing. It seems better suited as a middle name.
The "tig" sound in the English pronunciation is why I far prefer the Greek pronunciation ahn-dee-GOH-nee.
ahn-dee-GOH-nee is beautiful.
It's a huge GP for me. I'm not fond of the background and I don't find it -conventionally- pretty, but it's lovely. I think it's interesting and eye-catching, a nice name, but I wouldn't use it on a real person.
I might name a cat or rabbit Antigone. I kind of like that... a child... not as a first name, possibly but probably not as a middle name. I still like it, though.

I like it, but I wouldn't name a child Antigone.
I love it. It doesn't bother me that it looks like Anti-Gone.
A great NN would be Tiggy, or Tig.
