Bill (m) - Wilbur. My favorite Will name is Wilfred but I always hate that their is no B in it. With Wilbur and Willoughby there is a B.
Meg (f) - Marguerite
Chris (f) - Christiane or Christiana
Doug (m) - Douglas
Sue (f) - Suzette. I also like Susan.
Ray (m) - Rainier, like Mt Rainier. I also like Rayner.
Greg (m) - Gregory. One of my favorite common names.
Mac (m) - Malcolm. Another one of my favorite common names. I also like McKinley / Mackinley and Cormac.
Mo (f) - Ramona. Mona is also nice. As is Morrigan.
Ali (f) - Alanna. Followed by Alice. I also like Alianne.
Tom (m) - Atom. I like Thomas but I am not a fan of using a nn for Thomas.
Kim (f) - Joachima. Or just plain Kim.
Nicky (f) - Nikola / Nicola.
Mandy (f) - Amandine or Miranda.
Ollie (f) - Oleander.
Ben (m) - Benjamin. I also like Benedict. I know I had come up with of heard a cool unusual Ben name once but I can't remember it.
Kate (f) - I would go with Katalina again but instead I'll go with Katriona and Katrina.
Steph (f) - Stephania.
Rin (f) - Regina.
