Well, depending on how particular you are about your nicknames, anything containing the sounds of the word "is", or even just "z"...
Isidore
Fitz
Fitzroy
Fritz
Fitzgerald
Lazarus - this one's a real stretch
Quince - another stretch
Xavier - technically, the sounds are there
Wisdom
Dennis - if you harden the "s" for the nickname
Ebenezer
Isabeau
Giselle
Lisette
Thisbe
Primrose
Rosalind
Rosalie
Xavia
Zinnia
Eloise
Louise
Beatrice - stretching
Charlize - ditto
Chrysanthe - if you don't mind hardening the "s" again
Felicity - dito "s" sound
Millicent - ditto "s" sound
ETA: a few more ideas
