I'm sure all the standards have already been mentioned (Isolde, Isidora, etc.) so I'm just going to throw out a wildcard = Alizarin. It's a color, and a really pretty one at that!There's also Beatriz, Griselda, Chysanthe and maybe Marissa/Melissa/Alyssa/etc?

Elizabeth could work - it has the "iz" sound in there and Izzy is close to LizzyIsabel

Well, depending on how particular you are about your nicknames, anything containing the sounds of the word "is", or even just "z"...Isidore
