Really? According to the statistics it's not common at all. Hilary has been out of the top 1000 since 1994 and Hillary since 2002 or so. And it never made the top 100 at all. Bethany and Mallory both made the top 100. Probably depends on where exactly you live.

Exactly! It does depend where you live. I worked as a teaching assistant and it wasn't uncommon to have 2 students named Hilary in a class!
