[Facts] Re: Fikreta

Fikreta is a feminisation of Fikret (and yes, both Fikret and Fikreta are used in Bosnia).
Fikret is a Turkish name meaning:
# (full of) thought, thinking
# (filled with) ideas, opinions, reflections, observations
# one who plans for eventualities in advance
A famous Turkish poet was Tevfik Fikret (1867-1915). (source: http://www.learningpracticalturkish.com/turkish-names-in-plain-english-male.html)

The root behind this name seems to be the Turkish word fikir with a meaning of "thought, idea, opinion", which in turn goes back to an Arabic word fákkara, “to think” - see http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/fikir
Thanks :D
