[Opinions] Twin Girls
Hi everyone! I wondered what are your opinions on my favorite girl twin combos and have you got any that you think I might like?
My favorite combo is: River and Ramona.
Some people see River as a boys name but I definitely don't.
I also like these names: Olivia, Willow, Raine, Pixie, Laguna, Huntington, Kai/Kailia, Veronica (nn. Nica) etc...
If you want to suggest some names I'd be grateful. I'm really into environmental, greek mythology, water related and astronomy/night related names.
Also, if you have any suggestions of middle names for River and Ramona that would be interesting. I would like two for each,
thanks x

They have a section here just for twin names.
I consider Raine, Pixie, Huntington, Kai, Kailia and Veronica unattractive names. River is a name I can live with the presence of but would never use, within any situation. Laguna makes me think of lanugo.
Ramona, Olivia and Willow are all pretty enough names. Actually, they're sweet names and have this pretty, elegant charm. What kind of names would you like to see suggested? Would you like more of the same in a sibset, or a contrast?

As a twin, some advice on the names: make the names as individual but complimentary as possible. Meaning, I'd avoid starting with the same letter, rhyming, obvious themes. It's not detrimental but growing up, it's sometimes hard to get people to look at twins as individuals rather than a set and it's kind of annoying. It's like people bother less trying to figure out who's who when the names are similar because to them it's like "same difference." Just kind of sucks.
Anyway, name suggestions:
Luna and Marine
Flora and Marine
Azalea and Oceane
Athena and Oceane
Marigold and Oceane
Sapphira and Marina
Athena and Iris
Athena and Flora
Iris and Pearl
Estelle / Estella and Marine / Marina
Azure and Juno
Cleo and Flora
Basically mix and match. Other name suggestions: Azura, Clio, Fleur, Rosemary, Persephone, Minerva, Hadassah, Skye, Astrid, Seren

Can I just say that I really love Marigold and Oceane (it's so quirky and oddly beautiful. I kind of hated and then warmed to Marigold, and I've never even thought about Oceane, but this works in my eyes. They really compliment each other and pop, and it's so unexpected) and Athena and Iris and Iris and Pearl? Woo! Nice choices.

While I find River perfectly unisex, it definitely seems masculine next to sister Ramona.
interesting response, never thought of that before! thankyou.
I don't think of River as a boy's name. I don't think of it as a human's name at all, or even a dog's name. I do really like Ramona though.
Veronica and Ramona make a fine twin set.
