The "trendy" names for this region seem to be Emilia, Katharina, Florian, Korbinian, and Vitus.
Names that made me raise my eyebrows:
Laviana Jayden - I don't know what Laviana is (almost looks like a clerical error in place of Lavinia or Liviana)... but I seriously hadn't realized that Jayden made its way into Germany.
Viola Fifehanmi - Viola is beautiful, but what is... the other one?
Kimberly Waithera - What is Waithera? It almost seems like "wait here, uh."
Kardelen - ???
Pham Giap Jan Gia An - Giap and Gia, together? And Gia is masculine? And there are 5 names total? Even though I'm sure Pham is an ethnic name (I would guess southeast Asian), the whole thing together strikes me as... a bit much.

Ah, sorry, I completely forgot to check back.
Kardelen is a Turkish girls' name meaning "snowdrop", as in the plant.
Ela Ceyda is Turkish, too ;-)
I looked both names up and Ela seems to be a Turkish word for a "brown-ish, green-ish, yellow-ish colour". Ceyda seems to mean either "beautiful woman" or "she who wants to do good"; "good person".
As for Pham Giap Jan Gia An, I'd say he is of Vietnames origin. I know a Vietnamese guy named Pham, I don't know what his name means, though.
If I'm not mistaken, Jayden even made it onto the Top 500 list last year, albeit for boys. I have never seen it used on a girl before.
As for Laviana, Waithera and Fifehanmi your guess is as good as mine. Seriously, I have never encountered either name before and I have no clue where they might come from. Fifehanmi looks ethnic to me, but that's all I can say. Hm :/
