Sorry for the long delay in getting this round up! There will be one more round for first generation after this.
Prompt: The tenth anniversary of the monarch's coronation was being celebrated with even more than the usual pomp and cheer, for it was ten years of peace and prosperity. The court had been relatively scandal-free, all international incidents were avoided or settled peacefully, and there had been no severe natural disasters. And to top it all off, just days before the coronation anniversary itself, the queen gave birth to another child. The excitement was at its peak, and that's when the blow was struck. The very morning after the coronation anniversary, the royal court received word that a border town (or sea town) had been attacked the night before during the festivities. It seems a foreign power is intent on war. The royal couple at once went into action, preparing relief for the town and troops for war. In the midst of the confusion and fear, a small, private christening was held for the newest royal child. Everyone is hoping that this conflict will be brief.
Baby: To determine gender, flip a coin here: http://www.random.org/coins/. Heads is a girl, tails is a boy. One of the baby's names reflects her/his birth around the coronation anniversary (related to the celebratory atmosphere, the number 10, the coronation, etc.) The rest of the names are up to you.
