It's pretty, but not my favorite from the Adri- family (that would be Adria). I went to high school with one, but I think she was the only one I've known. I pronounce it a-dree-EN.
I'd choose Adriana over Adrienne simply because I'd be afraid of people pronouncing Adrienne like Adrian.
