Well, Mabel fits in better with the siblings' names, especially with Josephine and Jamesina, but I prefer Maude. Mabel is a bit too sweet sounding - it reminds me of maple syrup. Maude sounds more sturdy and sophisticated. In comparison to popular names like Isabella and Kaylee, which tend to be frilly or "sweet", Maude is a daring, unexpected choice these days.
Have you considered May/Mae? I prefer it to Mabel, and it would sound great with the other names.

Mabel sounds WAY nicer... though I prefer Mavelle (dif. form of same name and w/ an ah sound instead of an ay sound).
