I'd go with Delphine. It's one of my favorite names, and I find it absolutely gorgeous.
Daphne reminds me of Daffy Duck and the words "daffy" and "daft." I don't think that it's a terrible name, but I don't like it all that much. I used to really dislike it, but it has grown on me some.
