Oona - OO-nuh ('oo' as in "boot")
Iona - eye-OH-nuh
Ione - eye-OH-nee or EYE-oh-nee
I like Oona, and Ione is ok when the first syllable is stressed - otherwise Iona and Ione just sound to me like "I own a"
