[Opinions] Oona, Iona, Ione

Oona- OOH-nuh
Iona- ay-OH-nuh
Ione- AY-oh-nee
The only one I really like is Ione. Iona is okay, and I dislike Oona.

I pronounce Oona just the way it's spelled (OO-na, basically a homonym for Una), but I pronounce Iona and Ione the way you do. I like Oona and Ione, but Iona reminds me of the old Iona Mercedes joke, so I get hung up on how much it really does sound like "I own a..."
I don't have any combos, but I think I prefer them as middle names.

I really like Iona!
For me it's rather a girls name and I pronounce it pretty much like "Jonah", but not with a "j" in the beginning but a spoken "e". [e-OH-na]
Ione is nice, too but definitely not as pretty as Iona since it reminds me of the Ionian Sea and iron for some reason.... and names with an -e in the end are rather middle names than first names for me. I pronounce it the way I pronounce Iona, but without an a/e-sound in the end. [e-OWN]
Oona isn't that bad, but quite odd due to the repeating "o" in the beginning. I'd pronounce it like [UW-na] or [OO-na], not exactly sure about the correct expression.

The same as you, except Oona like oooh-nuh. I think the double o definitely implies "ooooo." LOL.
