It might be, or it might be an alternate spelling? (Siobhan and Siabhan are both other Irish names and they both have the Si-bh thing going on), but in trying to find where I originally found the name to check, I ran across a few things that say "Siabh" is pronounced "Sive", and it looks like that's also how "Saibh" is pronounced, so... either way, your comment helped xD
Strange how only when I'm asking for help from other sources, Google is helpful xD

Doesn't the "Si" in Irish make the "Sh" sound? (as in your examples, Sinead and Siobhan; also Sian, Sean, etc.)And "bh" = v sound.So I would guess Siabh = Shav.Never heard of the name, though!
