Since I don't watch TV, could I do a couple from a movie instead?

Three years after Emelius left for the war (World War II), he returns to "his" Eglantine, simply to discover that the parents of Charlie, Carrie, and Paul Rawlins had both passed away--their father in the war, their mother from sorrow. Eglantine has adopted the three of them, having grown quite attached to the youngsters. Emelius immediately proposes to Eglantine, who immediately accepts.
Six months later, Eglantine and Emelius are happily wed, and the Rawlinses are the adopted children of them both.
