Na na na na na NAAAA! Yes, the theme song from Clarissa Explains it All immediately comes to mind.
Major association aside, I dislike Clarissa because I dislike -issa names. -issa seems like a forced-frilly name, and feels very tacky and dated. I've never met a Clarissa irl.
So it ruins any combo for me, but out of those combos, I think Holly Clarissa works best.

LOL. I think of that show as well, but it doesn't bother me. I still like the sound of the name.
Out of your combos, I like Phoebe Clarissa and Holly Clarissa. Belle has always sounded too cutesy and fussy to me, and with an ultra feminine like Clarissa, it's definitely too much. I prefer Clarissa Nell/Nelle. It's more sturdy sounding.

Exactly. As a child of the 90s, I can't shake the Clarissa Explains It All association. I don't think I would use it anyway because I don't care for -issa names.
