Rosa is within my top 4 names and I think it's absolutely stunning. Most days I can't decide if I like Rose or Rosa better but Rosa sounds better with my LN and a Rosa could easily go by Rose. So yeah, I think it's great!

I don't necessarily think Scarlett and Rosa are too much for one sibset.... if you were considering it as a FN/MN combo I might feel differently
